Return Policy

At Modiva, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping label if applicable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products. Some items, including gift cards, downloadable products, and certain personal care items, are non-returnable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Our goal is to make the return process simple, fast, and hassle-free so you can shop with confidence.
